Send a message or task to the user's DeepAgent — the autonomous agent that builds and operates B3OS workflows. Starts a DeepAgent run with your message and returns the run id (fire-and-forget; it does not wait for the agent to finish). Ideal for: triggering agent-driven workflow creation/edits from an automated workflow, escalating an event to the agent for follow-up.
