Morpho: LTV alerts + repay

Watches every Morpho Blue borrow position you have on the chosen chain. When any position crosses 80% of its LLTV, you get a Telegram alert with a one-tap Repay button per position. Tap it and the workflow repays down to 50% of LLTV using fresh on-chain prices. Runs every 5 minutes. Silent if you don't tap within an hour.

Quick Setup:

1. Import your wallet or use your B3OS Treasury Wallet
2. Pick the Telegram chat for LTV alerts
3. Pick the chain - where your Morpho positions live (default: Base)
4. Set Danger Threshold - % of LLTV that triggers an alert (default: 80)
5. Set Safe Target - % of LLTV to repay back down to when you tap (default: 50)
6. Set Poll Schedule - how often to scan positions (default: every 5 minutes)
7. Test and publish
